on-line.patapouf6 - Canada, check out the feedback.

Needless to say, I am going to be screwed for $130. Had the nerve to leave positive feedback now files a significantly not as described. Say set was missing ONE card, a common #105. He got two #107 be accident. Does anyone have this card, from 2007 Topps 52 Set, they would be willing to send directly to him? Maybe I can salvage this, we will see. Clearly though he appears to have no conscience.

That is the poster boy for an international bidder that should be BLOCKED ... even trashes 'Americans' in his feedback!!

I have been having a lot of problems from Canada as well. I have 3 items that people said they haven't gotten from Canada. I have now changed my shipping services to priority mail international and insurance which makes it more expensive, but I just don't want to be screwed out of another few hundred like I have on other boxes.

I ship my free "giveaway" cards all over the world...but not my eBay stuff. There is just no safe way to guarantee 100% that they can't screw you. Heck, I've even had a few people bid on cards that actually won - and they are from Canada...Even though I clearly state in the listings that I will only ship in the USA. How can eBay NOT figure that crap out?

Well, I must say, we came to an agreement and he closed the dispute. We settled on a refund of $3.50, the cost for him to purchase the card. All I can say is that I am extremely relieved.
