I know 2 of the 5 emeralds are in collections so with only 3 left I should probably grab it...but my /25 gold and /50 blue (bought from the same seller) both have much nicer pieces. Plus the most I've ever paid on a Seneca is $33 shipped. And the aforementioned budget issues. So I made a few smaller offers (mid $20's) and got a counter of $40...not to be mine yet but perhaps someday! :flex:

Unfortunately the guy wanted like $500 for it (he paid $290) and I accidentally got him back into collecting Seneca (whoops lol) so now he'd probably want more. But I can live with everything but the 1/1 too!

/50 partial shield...it's actually a helmet patch...long story short 2003 LCM Mirror Blue screwed the pooch and most of the "shoe" patches on the mirror blues for all players are actually helmet patches. The more you know...

Haha I am a bit worried about that. I wrote him a little note to explain and hopefully he'll be cool. He sold me the blue partial plate at a nice little deal so he has seemed cool in the past.

The designs are just so great. I've always like the triple or quad material cards with different pieces in each window but the Certified Mirrors just do it so well. I first found it through the baseball ones which go up to like 5 pieces...so crazy but so good.

Thanks me too! I've been chatting with the guy who has the black and he said he would need to grab the base /1250 and the red /100 if he ever landed an emerald for himself. I said I'd happily keep the black 1/1 for safe keeping in the meantime :devil:...he respectfully declined lol.

Also the seller was awesome, we got to chatting and turns out he's a former teacher and a real good guy. A+ marks in my book.
