Does Topps ever answer their phones?

Just wondering since I have called the last 4 days around this time and everytime I listened to a bunch of crappy music and had David Wright keep telling me #@#@, just to get transfered to voicemail at the end..

Its a total crap shoot. Ive called and called and never got a hold of anyone and there are times I get thru to someone. Just gotta get lucky and get a live person I guess.

Call 8:30-9 in the morning, always get somebody. I remember during the first baseball blue wave redemption debacle they didn't answer the phone for a week.
