I don't know if that's a real word, but after reading the Bowman Heritage Thread, I'm not sure if I"ll have the time to rip and sort it. My budget is 10k, I'm willing to put the work into it, but I don't want to spend months organizing and listing.

With BDP still sitting at around $550, is it still possible to rip it and make a profit?

Or could you recommend another upcoming product to focus on?

Has anybody had any success ripping and flipping Hockey product despite it being all Upper Deck?

Thanks

ud series 1 and 2 do alright for hockey. However, they are kind of boring rips (imo). Higher end UD hockey- cup, spa, spx, spgu, etc.- like any UD higher end product- it can be painful, so I avoid.

Bcdp baseball- personally I think this is a great time to rip and flip- assuming you rip multiple cases (5+ at least) and can make 10-20 ct lots. baseball handbook, beckett rookie rolodex, and a whole bunch of other ‘hype’ publications are coming out…people feed off those. not to mention, you have ba's weekly 'hot sheet' coming out soon. The only downside w/bcdp is that some of the lower end cards (think base bdp/base golds/greens) are probably not going to sell for much now that the product’s been out for a month. However, the xs, autos, refs, golds, and oranges of certain players are still going strong.

Thanks rainmanesq.

I would rather do hockey, but like you said, UD S1 & 2 are reliable products but unbelievably boring. Plus I find that the Young Guns, jerseys, auto all start losing value fairly quickly.

seems to me like the young guns from the past 3 years are doing just fine.
