Funky threads on the forum...???

So I've seen two threads in this section today that look a bit odd...the formatting is missing from the page and no one can reply to the thread...is it just me or is something up with the forums? For example...

I ended up having to make a second thread for the Spidey 700 2nd print. Don't know what happened. Thought it was me.

I've seen it before in the past, but it's been a while. But the weird thing is that I've only seen this happen in this section. Maybe there's a glitch in the system...?
