The guy in the pigtails is Mike Wilson. I worked with him while he was at id Software and I was working on some strategy guides for their games Doom and Quake. He wore that outfit to E3 one year, I thought it was hilarious. The best part was his name tag, you can't see it in the photo but instead of saying Mike Wilson it said "King SH.i.T".. lol.. He's a really funny guy.
