No, the Legends set was 2007, and before he switched officially to 88

Yes, I didnt get anything huge, but I only opened one box, which has three mini boxes. I thought it was a fun product, if you like nascar, and there are several number variations of each drivers base card, and several insert sets. I am definatly going to open more in the future.
