Card ID Help Request - Kobe Bryant /200 (w/ scan)

Stumbled upon this card and had no luck w/ Beckett. I assume it's not that difficult to ID, just wanted to find out for sure before listing on eBay. It might be a promo card.

Does the card have no stats on the back, and just shows...stuff about upperdeck etc?

Thanks for the info - pretty sure it's the card you are referring to. No stats, just UD info.
