Who do I contact at Panini about a redemption that I've been waiting a year to get? For the life of me I can't find anything on the Panini site as far as e-mail addresses.

They won't do anything to help, try emailing the general email 20-30 times a day, that seems to be the only thing that works - find their CS email, then hit up Twitter and Facebook, enjoy the ride, redemptions are a blast...

I had that feeling...I've been trying to get them to answer me on twitter, but it hasn't worked. I really don't want to ever buy another Panini product.

They have always been good for me, sometimes shipping out redemptions quicker than Topps and on expired redemptions. There should be a number you can call on the back of the redemption. At least that is what they have with Upper Deck. If you need extra help, Tracy Hackler has a twitter, as well as Panini America. They usually are pretty good and their redemption replacements are stellar. That is why most of the products I open are Panini products. Topps is a pain in the butt when It comes to redemptions. Still waiting on one from 2010 Bowman Platinum.

under "open redemptions" you can write a comment or leave a note. I just did this yesterday and got a response in 24 hours.

I contacted them last week via Twitter for replacements for (4) Crown Royale Owen Marecic autos. I received Panini Black autos of Josh Cribbs /75, Josh Gordon /199 and Travis Benjamin /199 :)!

Now I'm thinking about buying more Marecic redemptions :p
