this request maybe little bit over but with what we know about paypal and ebay always sided with buyer this request is still makes sense if this card sell for over 20k.

Someone with free time need to go all Hollywood with this.
• Film Crew
• Explosion
• Sound effects

All of that while opening the package, make a film short out of it.

No, the seller cannot enforce what the buyer must do. However, the seller is puting up the suggestion of what the buyer should do to avoid any fraud.

Basically, the buyer has to find a way to prove if the card is damage/missing rather than just saying by words.

Which is all fine and good...

Except Paypal doesn't care. They just need the words saying the item is damaged or missing.

Buyer doesn't have to prove a thing. Hence the flaw in the system we've all talked about for years.

The seller is trying to protect themselves - they don't care about the buyer.

dont worry, NO way this sells! at this price. Hell, i dont think it would sell for 3k, if that, even if the BIN was at 2999.99.

That is ridiculous, especially considering the fact that the cards SV is nowhere where he wants it to be.. Not even close to the most valuable BKB card available in the open market right now.

The problem is, I've never heard of a case where ebay and/or paypal have ever allowed video to actually be used to decide a claim one way or the other. I'm pretty certain it's a moot point and will not hold up if/when a claim is filed.

buying high end is a scam.

If you sell high end to a unknown buyer you get scammed.
if you sell high end to a known buyer, you set a record price by selling to a buddy!

LOL.

I'm sure there's someone out there planning on scamming this seller, and he read the description and thought, oh, crap, I have to make a video. I guess I won't be purchasing this card.

I would never sell anything high end like that on the bay. I would go to a consignment place. Yes I wont net as much but I will have a higher chance of selling my item and less of a chance to get scammed.

Can't you just get insurance on it?
It would be a federal crime if you said that you did not get it at that point, and I bet the US Mail system would do their due diligence before they paid out 20 stacks for a card that was said to not be present.

Someone would be lying and for that kind of dough the investigation would find out who it was.
