Hi,
After waiting the usuall 25 minutes to get through to upper deck customer servive about one of my redemptions, I also asked the status on the Exquisite balck and gold redemptions. The person I talked to said the are "currently" slated to start shipping out in December. I had a Joe Flacco Exquisite Auto /50 that now said, "inventory depleated" call upper deck. How can you depleat inventory on a current redemption? Thats not right. Im sure I will get some no name, no value replacement though! Anyway, just thought I would share the info on the black and gold redemptions!
