Redemption fail

I have two redemptions that's I scratched off to redeem and I followed the code on the back and it says not an active code. I had two other people look it over to just make sure I wasn't an idiot. The digits are correct and all. Any suggestions? Mailing them in maybe?

It's probably because they're Bilal Powell Auto's, not the newness of the redemptions...

Ya new. One is topps magic other is topps supreme

Yea if they are for a newer product they might not have been entered into the system yet. Might have to wait a week or two.

Well my account was locked out for trying to many false codes hah so I emailed them bout it to open it up plus ask a question about /# one of them. So maybe it is to new. This is my first supreme I have tried to redeem

I'm not sure about the Supreme, but I entered a Devier Posey Magic code about a week ago and it worked. Maybe call Topps or hit them up on Twitter.

I entered a Doug Martin magic auto redemption which I got for 12.50:D anyway it worked fine maybe someone entered codes randomly

I am having same issue with topps magic. I have waited and done it a couple times still says code is no good im calling them tired of the bs, would just rather not ever hit a redem card ever again just my take:)

Not all supremes are In yet. Had the same thing happen and called topps
