A week or so ago, there was a thread about a member on here almost getting ripped off from a person on ebay. The ebay person sent some high end stuff, one being a Jordan RC, and it all turned out to be fake. They were trying to get some Aaron Rodgers autos (if my memory is correct).

I've got someone on Ebay offering me a Jordan Fleer rookie straight up for the 2005 Absolute Rodgers RC auto I have in my Ebay store. Before I even think about considering it, I want to find out if this is the same person.

Sounds like the same MO, but just want to verify.

If someone could point me to the link, it'd be appreciated.

And no, I'm not going to call out the person. Yet. We'll see how it all shakes out.

much appreciated. This person has a different Ebay name.

If they're OK with sending first for me to inspect the hell out of this card, I might go for it.

I would assume this person or people scamming with fake psa cards will have numourous names and address's..... eBay is for buying and selling cards not trading, if the person is a legit trader and had these awesome cards, why wouldn't he be on this site trying to trade them instead of trying to find people who don't know much through eBay (not implying you by any means).

There is a ton of fake ones out there. Some fakes are very hard to detect. These guys get caught all the time but everyone is scared to do anything.

No offsense taken at all. Thats why I want them to send first, so I can see it in person and use every bit of what I know & what I can find online to determine real/fake as best as possible.

If theres even the slightest bit of doubt, back it goes.
