Anyone ever give a refund for a product that was "never received" and then have the buyer harass you 8 days after you gave the refund about them not receiving the card?
Have a big to do over a $10 deal right now (thats why I didnt use DC#) and this dudes flipping out on me. He didnt even want to pay $10 for the rare parallel to begin with now he's acting like I killed his kid over this card. I sympathize with the guy, as it sucks, but I've had MUCH bigger deals never show up in the mail, even if the DC # said it did.

God I hate trade sites.

PS Guess thats what I get for doing a deal on Beckett again. d'oh!

Always ship with Delivery confirmation, know matter what the purchase is

DC doesnt protect the seller, buyer, or the shipment. I've found it to be nothing but a waste of $$$ in the long run.

DC protects seller. IF you sold a card for less than $250 and used DC and DC showed card was delivered, you should win a case of item not delivered. If eBay/PayPal ruled in favor of the buyer, you need to call them and tell them you followed every rule under the seller protection program. Usually, eBay will eat the loss.

Well, that may be why the guy sent gift. Didn't ask him. He just did. Was a pain as I couldn't set up the Paypal printing label.

its not a big deal, I honestly dont care about the $10. i'm just annoyed that, a week AFTER getting his refund he's PM'ing me whining about it. hope this doesnt go on forever.

Yeah if that link doesn't work, I have the link directly to Paypal to print a shipping label without having to of sold something.

I wouldn't be surprised if he got the card, noticed you didn't use DC and is hounding you for it.

I always use DC because people are dicks.
