Can I request a replacment early if I know it wont be fulfilled?

Im pretty new to collecting as a whole, nevertheless redemptions. Now I know Panini tells you to wait four months to ask for a replacement, but im about 95% sure that Joe Adams wont be signing for his membership autos, now it hasnt been four months, but is there any way that I can request a replacement early? Thanks in advance for any help, and sorry for the stupid question.

Ive been told by people who have been waiting for theirs much longer than I that they have called Panini multiple times and each time they are saying he hasnt signed yet.

You could ask for a replacement but you will probably get a Poe or Egnew auto so it's not really worth it

That doesn't mean he won't sign. It just means he hasn't signed yet.

Highly doubt they'd honor that or else everyone would buy cheap redemption's and ask for replacements immediately.
