Nominees for round three can be submitted through comments or PM's, and I'll keep a spreadsheet of the votes. Everytime a card is inducted, the card on the waiting list with the most nominations will take its place. A card can only be on a ballot three times before it is declared ineligible. I will start a separate thread after the first induction. So vote and nominate
UPDATE: In honor of the inaugural HOF class of the Cooperstown HOF, I am debating to allow 5 cards off of the first ballot. How do you guys feel?
UPDATE: Poll is over either when 1 card reaches 100 votes, or the timer expires.
NEW RULE: If a nomination receives less than three votes, it will be deemed ineligible. However, if the card has more than 3 votes, the nominations carry their votes into the next nomination period.
NEW RULE: If a card does not achieve 5% on ANY ballot it is present on, it is automatically deemed ineligible.
NEW RULE: A nominated card mus be three years or older (Harper is grandfathered in)
