Steel City Con 2009

Hey guys, I went to Steel City Con 2009 this past weekend in Pittsburgh. It was a 4 1/2 hour drive due to the snow and I got to meet a couple of really cool people. I was hoping to meet CJ Graham (he played Jason Vorhees in Friday the 13th Part 6 - Jason Lives) but I was told at the event that he canceled last minute citing family emergency. Anyway, the people I talked to and met were Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters), Peter Mayhew (Played Chewbacca in Star Wars), Kevin Nash (TNA Wrestler), Traci Brooks (TNA Knockout), SoCal Val (TNA Knockout) and Virgil (Former WWE and WCW manager). The cost of the autos were kinda high (about $25 for anything signed, as well as for photo ops). I didn't get my picture with anyone but Virgil (he was cheaper). All in all it was a good event, as I think I might make this an annual event to go to. Here are some of my pics from it.

Virgil's a cool guy IIRC. My uncle used to work at PGH international and everytime Virgil flew he would make it a point to catch up with my uncle. Somewhere in my parent's attic there's probably a dozen autographed glossys of him haha. I also like that he's a pro wrestler that didn't get addicted and die from painkillers, and is now a teach at Pittsburgh Central Catholic I believe.
