The OP offered the card for $5 in a PWE. That was his offer. Someone took him up on his offer.

Perhaps he didn't want to, or he didn't have the ability to get a bubble mailer at the moment?

This will be much easier to resolve and make right if you write in comprehensible English. Not saying it to be a jerk, just this post makes no sense and isn't going to help your cause. I would clarify what you meant.
