Topps O-Pee-Chee Baseball cards issued in Upper Deck 1

Not that they are worth anything and I know that UD owns the rights to O-Pee-Chee now, but does anyone else find it odd that they are inserting Topps cards into their product?

Has anyone see the Presidential Predictor cards on Ebay. Kinda funny.
