I recently reached that point where I just had to rid myself of some cards. I just don't have a good plan in place for all the base cards I accumulate or prospect cards I have awaiting to peak. So I was junking some today when I came across a card box of 2010 stuff...glad I checked it one more time. Ignore the awful scans...I recycle toploaders..the Chapman is especially awful.

there was also a Strasburg BP RC..A Dominic Brown /999 and a Bradley Jr. Collegiate National Team.

What happens if those guys you threw away start to rise just as he did? Heck, he was in the same boxes as them.

Might consider donating them by the way or just selling off medium flat rate boxes to members here.

Sorry for the confusion...I don't just throw away all my base cards..not at all...I have started donating them and that is what I meant by 'junking'

However, I can't lie..I have pitched some..just don't see the value of holding on to 7 2008 Topps Jack Wilson base cards..

I wouldn't just give up on any prospect base, especially if they are from recent years. You never know, the next Mickey Mantle could be in there.

I have a tough time throwing away any baseball card, but kudos to donating them. I'm sure you've made some kids very happy.
