Will Preferred Be Madness like Select/Prizm?

Marquee came out today and I didn't even know about it. Now that Select is cooling down a little, lets discuss Preferred.

Will the product be out on time?

Its currently at $180 a box, will it be $200 by the time release and $240 after release?
Will all the Rookie silo auto patch be on card? I think all the silo was on card last year which is why it has such a fan base, after seeing how they lied about Select, will they put stickers on the card?

What do you guys think?

I typically don't mind sticker auto's as much as others,Would much rather have on card auto's no doubt but do understand the business aspect of it.That being said I hate when they put sticker auto's on the really nice chase cards.If they did so with the silo's or preferred choice.That would be a huge disappointment in my opinion.

agreed, if they avoid this the set will do fine. I still think that with only a little extra work the set could easily rival or be better than some of the best UD/topps sets save exquisite, but I don't see that they've done that. still it's going to be a decent set, better than anything save prizm this year and probably on par with select/ a little worse, depending on what your cup of tea is.

While some moves have been made in the right direction, the small touches that can take a product/set over the top still seem to be lacking in panini bball releases most of the time.

i'd guess it depends on how limited the preferred is but all things being equal i would think the NT absolutely goes for more.

im not sure I would really consider the rc auto patches rookies from preferred. There's no base set that they are really a part of.

Yea, once i finish the current select breaks, i'll probably try to do sign up for breaks of preferred. Getting case early for Select paid off for everyone in the first break.

How come? Last years preferred is "like $2400 a case, this year looks similar except with rookie auto patch which I thought was the big flaw last year. Also dual rc class with potential all stars in 3-5 years. Again my only big fear is they drop the ball and fail to get the RCs to sign on card and make it sticker auto patch. Preferred will be the first set with on card rc auto patch right? And I would rather they delay release for a month to get all the big stars to sign than to release it with many redemptions.

Unfortunately they're already being packed out. I asked if it's on schedule this morning and they're still going through with April 24.

There will be 3-4 hof out of this rookie class .
