around 2008 they stopped giving sellers the ability to leave anything but a positive. so there are many false positives out there. they also used to kick off sh*tty buyers like this after 3 or 6 strikes, but now it takes like 10000 to get kicked off. but as a seller if you charge too much for shipping once you will be suspended or have your limits lowered.

Other than false positives, is there a way to see if buyers have any NPB strikes on there account? I'll assume no since ebay doesn't want to give any help to the sellers.
