Who makes custom superfractors?

Anyone know if there is a custom card guy on this forum? Superfractor preferably. If so, who is it and do you have scans of cards done for you?

Haha. Although this isn't the most legal thing that's definitely not happening. There are sellers that do 100x the quantity and don't ever get in any sort of trouble.

This isn't illegal. Other sports related cards do infringe upon copyrights and trademarks if they use logos and the likeness of players.

When I got it I was so amazed by how it looks. I almost feel like you using Torrey's image and Topps' design to make money and not giving them a cut was totally wrong and I don't agree with it. He has the power to make fake supers that would pass as legit. We are entering scary territory.

Custom cards are illegal if :

- they are sold
- permission for any photograph used is not given for its use on the card (or if it is not a "public domain" image)
- no license or agreement is made to use the name/likeness of the person featured
- registered trademarks and/or copyrights are featured when permission is not given (unless they are incidental)
- a design is a blatant copy of an existing image

Exceptions would be :

- sketch or other art cards
- name of an athlete is used to describe/label something featured on the card (such as a cut autograph)

I jaywalked earlier and even downloaded some music off the internet without paying for it. Illegal? Yes. Who gives a fug? Nobody.

I think these custom cards are sweet looking. It's not like the guy is making a ton of money off them.

If he was making a lot of money off of these cards therefore actually causing card companies to lose money you bet your arse this guy would be taken to court in a heartbeat. But he's not. It's small. They don't care. My assumption is that this guy enjoys making custom cards, people like them, and he charges them for his time and materials used. Illegal? Yes, it is. There's no denying that. But it's just one of those things that's not worth making a fuss about.

In my opinion.
