Iron Man 3 Case Break

opened a case at the local Wednesday show. The case had exceedingly poor collation as far as the mem hits and I was shorted an auto to boot :mad:

according to wrapper odds the actor autos are 1:144 and comic book artist/writers autos are 1:144 so one would think that you would get two of each. My case had 3 actor autos and zero comic book autos. The case did have 9 sketches which is one more than the odds but that has been the norm of pretty much every case that I've seen of this stuff so far. Anyway here are the hits:

for sketches I cannot locate an artist list so I'm not for sure on some of the ID's of artists and characters

Your Iron Man ? sketch is Erik Reeves and your Maya Hanson Heroic Threads Auto is the #2 or #3 hit out there (#1 being the Tony Stark Patch and the other #2/#3 being the Stan Lee auto). Nice break overall. A Rhi Owens sketch is a big hit for this set, as far as I'm concerned. The overall sketch quality has been below average for an Upper Deck release and I'm pretty sure the reason they haven't released an artist list yet is because they didn't get ANY of the really big name artists they had on Avengers/Cap/Thor/IM2 and they think publishing the list will hurt case sales.

Oh... and as far as plates go, that is one of the sweetest ones to snag from this set!
