Is #/199 considered "hard to get" anymore?? Unless it's #/25 or lower, I'm not sure it's really hard to get...

And, yes...9.5 always helps the value.

With the internet I don't consider anything greater than /50 hard to get. Even /25 aren't "hard" they are just expensive in most cases.

Personal opinion if you're selling as a set then you're drawing set collectors. Grading 3 cards out of the set to me if I were a set collector would just be annoying to have 3 cards in a giant BGS slab and the rest of them in toploaders, or page sleeves. Just my .02 cents.
