I just did ,thanks , funny free sure , I have to pay to ship back to them ???? not happy with that at all , the offered one free grading if I send the Cam back with a new order , well there will be a nice letter attached with my complaints

well they heard it on the phone and a manager called me back , suppose to be sending some special email I need to print out and include with card , I am calling fed ex now and making claim as I am not paying anything extra for something I already paid for

Good luck with that....I had to fight something terrible to get those items re-imbursed. They make you file a claim with the shipper, who clearly did not damage that case. That case was damaged before it left BGS.

They really need to get a handle of their customer service. I like to get stuff graded, but I feel like I get the shaft everytime I run into an issue with them.

I am at the point, that I don't want to chance getting anything graded, with the issues I have had with my last two orders. Good Luck.

yes I am starting to see and realize this ,and it is not a great feeling knowing ,we pay good money for a service that was not done right , sure they say they will fix for free , that should also entail them paying for the shipping back as I am not the one who damaged or paid for a damaged case ,

but I know already I am going to eat something here lol

I wouldn't worry about the case to be honest, the grade is there and the card is worth the same raw. As long as it's protected

yeah true , I also have someone willing to buy like this , so I can avoid all the hassel and headache in trying to get this corrected at no cost to me ,which btw will probably never happen lol as Beckett already blew the responsiblitly off on who pays to ship card back to them

great business that place has , they screw you on every angle , and I feel and always felt they control Populations on higher grades and favor repeat big spenders , I personally tested that theory with sending in card they already graded a 9.5 and they sent it back a 9 , i sent it back with proof it was a 9,5 prior and they sent it back again a 9.5 so they can do whatever they want and they do
