Today on my lunch break I broke a box (heh) of 2009 Unique. I absolutely love the base set, and I think the hits are really nice too. I'm pretty happy about the hits that I had in the box. I'll post pictures of the hits tonight when I get home. :)

using some better patches. Your Ellsbury at least has some color to it. I just saw some box breaks for Tribute, & while the card design is nice, & there is the chance of getting the big hit of a HOF, a majority of the patches I have seen are one color grey or white. If your paying close to $200 a box, IMO, Topps needs to at least put in some patches that have 2 colors.

I bought a case of Unique, & I got some really nice patches on a majority of the Primetime Patch cards. I got an Oswalt 3 color Primetime Patch that is outstanding. The super swatch I got was a Jered Weaver that is also 3 color & is part of a letter from his last name.
I have also seen some Sabathia patches that were top of the line. If I had a choice between 2 boxes of Unique or 1 box of Tribute, I would go with the Unique hands down.
