How come when you block a buyer on EBAY, they can still message you?

Why is this? EBAY needs to fix this one! Anyone else agree?..

I agree but I don't agree at the same time. I have international shipping blocked. I had a guy in Canada message me that he has a PO box in Maine and would like to bid. I unblocked him and got a $25 sale. Now I do have a guy that just messaged me about why I have him blocked and a quick blowout and google search brought up his name all over the place for being a notorious DSR abuser. I have not messaged him back (at this point if I let him bid he'd ding my communication DSR LOL).

So there are 2 sides and I have hit both in the last few weeks.
