1997 Upper Deck Coast to Coast - How rare are these??

I know these cards are quite rare but really know nothing much more about them ?? I have only seen another Penny a long time ago on the bay (probably about 4+ years ago)I have never seen another player card from the set besides MJ...

These have Chinese lettering on the backside of them.Do any of you player collectors have one or know more about them??I have looked on Google images as well as Yahoo and came up with nothing!?

PWCC sold a Michael Jordan over a year ago but have no idea what it brought (seen it on worthpoint)

Similar design to the Fast Break Connections that were insrted in 96 - 97 Upper Deck. They were inserted 1:8 but I've never seen Coast to Coast before.

This is probably of very little help, but I did a search and on beckett there are only three cards listed in the set, Penny, Kemp and Jordan. Unfortunately they provide no odds.

beckett doesnt have any set specific info on these, it was a 3 card set in japan, there was penny, kemp, and mj.

Ohhh ok so just the 3 players.I have never seen the Kemp!? I heard these were inserted at 1 per box.Must have not been much produced?

Never seen the Kemp either, I did see the Jordan during my search. I'd love to get my hands on the Kemp.

The guy who told me these fell 1 per box actually pulled the Kemp and sold it,But he said that was several years ago :(

:( just my luck, I'll find it some day though. These are pretty interesting, I'll continue my research, if I find anything new, I'll be sure to add to the thread. Good topic, makes me wonder what other cards are out there that I'd never heard of before. :)!

So I have found out that there is just 3 in the set as someone mentioned.

Kemp,MJ,Penny if you look at the background of the cards it spells out coast to coast.Here is a picture of the set and for AbraCalabro here is a picture of the Kemp front & back.These must be very scarce because a huge Kemp collector in Germany says he is still searching the Kemp!
