No delivery confirmation with first class package ??

I'm trying to print a shipping label through eBay and the first class package postage option isn't showing delivery confirmation or even the option of DC? Anyone else experience this?

Is it USPS First Class International? That does not have DC.

USPS First Class to a USA address has DC, I've never not seen it on eBay shipping. It is automatically included in fact. Maybe that's what you are seeing? there's no option because it's included? I just checked my eBay, and yes, DC is there, look to the right side, just above the blue "Purchase postage" button, you'll see a notice: "USPS tracking" - FREE. That's the confirmation right there.
