Wouldn't say I'm a full-fledged fan, but the first two albums are very good, and I love that Dave and Taylor are huge Rush fans. They were like excited little kids when they got to induct Rush into the R&R HOF...and big props to them for covering the 2112 Overture (with Nick Raskulinecz on bass) dressed up as circa-1976 Rush in the kimonos.

Always loved these guys, from the start. I grew up on Dave's self-titled LP. Paid $40 for a COPY of the Pocketwatch demos way back when. Learned how to play guitar by listening to "The Colour And The Shape" over and over again. Saw them live on the first leg of the "One By One" tour. So, so good.
I know it's not all that popular, but I still think "There Is Nothing Left To Lose" is their best album. 3 guys, locked away in a home studio for weeks, just brainstorming and laying down tracks. Dave has also said he still thinks it's their best work to date.

I love that album! I really love all of there albums. I saw them 2 years ago on there Wasting Light tour and it was by far the best concert I've ever been to!! just about 3 hours of hits plus the new Wasting Light album.

I love how Dave is just a Rock and Roll fan like all of us. He loves the classic rock like Rush, he moshed in other bands mosh pits (look up the 26 things that scientifically make Dave Grohl the coolest dude in Music, You'll thank me later). He is The MAN!! :D

Who doesn't love the Foo Fighters? My Hero was my song back in the 90's. Most people forget that Dave Grohl was the drummer from Nirvana for some reason.

Their first album was amazing. The second and third were pretty good.
Everything since then has been Creed-level cock rock garbage.
Their albums from 2000-on should be thrown in the Adult Contemporary section

actually I do and all genres aside from country and current rap music but Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chilly Peppers are the two most annoying sounding bands for me. I do think Dave Grohl is extremely talented and I like his Probot project countless times better than a Foo Fighter album
