No Derrick Williams base cards in Brilliance

Have not seen any of his base on ebay, just a few of his autos from Brilliance. I checked the panini checklist and he does not appear in the 300 base card set :confused:. What does a number 2 pick need to do to get a card? Weird. I also saw some inserts, including a jersey insert ( city to city), that is not out yet. Will there be a retail version of this?

City to City is out. Ive got a few of the primes already. Panini seems to be dividing the rookies between products. I know for instance that Harrison Barnes didnt have any autos in Prizm and Klay Thompson didnt have silo's in Preferred. Derrick Williams does have autos though in Brilliance according to the checklist. Only problem is people arent opening much of Brilliance although the cards look nice, just scared away by the price.
