What is an auto set that is right for me to build?

Found out Gold Standard was a redemption filled set, and quite a few people were chasing it. I want one that not too many people are building, but will have value when built. It can't be redemption filled, and has to be from this year.

For me, I like Panini Private Signings (NO redemption at all and all cards are hard-signed). They are inserted into four different products this season (Limited, Threads, Totally Certified, Absolute), and each product has a different checklist.

If you are looking for a small set, go for the one from Limited or Threads (4 cards each, but I would lean toward Limited). If you look for healthy mixture of legends and current players, go for the one from Totally Certified (20 cards) or Absolute (10 cards).

Now, for value, I can't comment on that, and I don't know if there are many people building these (at least I myself am building), but these cards look really nice in person. There are sets from the previous two seasons too if you decide to build them.

I think private signings in a good set. Value is a want, not must. Have any dupes?

Please don't take this in a wrong way as I am just posting this to help....Search ebay and find a set that "you" like and go get it. Imo It does not matter what others like to collect as you will not be satisfied if you are not thrilled by what you are collecting.

I just want a starter set. Price is a huge factor, and Private Signings design is nice. Plus, NO REDEMTPTIONS. I know what you mean though.
