Show off your best and most awesome sets!

I haven't shared this in a while, and honestly I put way too much effort into it to not show it off at least once a year lol. I'm bored waiting for a recording session so i figured i'd post it again (sorry if you've seen it before!) and see what sets people have done since last i inquired.

I want to see the biggest or most sp set you've ever put together (or been trying to do for a while)! I always love seeing the really large and awesome sets that people here spend so much time putting together. so lets get them all in one thread of set collecting awesomeness.


I've done a few sets, but this is by far the largest, most SP, and was the most time consuming. It's 2011-12 Totally Certified gold patch set, which is 101 cards all together. all of them are /25 except for the kobe which is /3 and the rondo which is /10. still amazed i actually finished it.

That's pretty sweet stuff there. I am down to only needing one card each for the 2 patch sets in my sig. Can't wait to show those off. That and my master set of 09-10 Contenders that I still need 9 cards for......

I actually display them, i have 2 50 card holders (they're for graded cards so plenty of room. they're in my apt, the only cards i have on display actually. i'm sketch about displaying autos because although there's no light where they are i don't want to risk with autos. i've had these in display probably for over a year and they're stlll as fresh as the day i put them in (i have some in storage with my other cards in cool dark places and one day recently i made sure lol). The cases have uv protected class but still i dont risk the autos. But the set i just have to have on display!

That's all I can think of to describe them haha. I've got the D-Will gold autograph from that set. Beautiful cards.

1986 fleer set bgs 9.5, all but four in the main set with 9.5+ centering.

Well, I was going to post my 1986-87 Fleer set but no need for that now...holy jesus that is an amazing gem minty set there. Time to close the thread down. Nothing is touching that.

Working on a full 84-85 Star and 85-86 Star but kinda lost steam.

Nothing beats autographics from the 90s; I think it is a very undervalued set. I believe this was the last of the sets before the sticker rush infected the hobby.
