I think it was designed to be luck, but they worded it that way to not guarantee anything. I heard it might/could end up being rg3 or tannehill instead

may be an rg3 variant as discussed on a separate thread here, but they could just delay sending them out on the hopes they could still get luck to sign a contract. but with exquisite coming out in 2 weeks, and luck not in the product, who knows.
