Lets here some bold predictions!!

The drafts on thursday!!!

I dont think its too bold anymore but i think Alex Len will go number 1

I also think Oladipo will be the best player out of the draft and maybe slide up and be picked by the magic at 2

Otto Porter will be a huge bust!!

Michael Carter Williams will slip out of the top 10 but will end up as the best PG from the draft

Cody Zeller another huge bust

KNICKS

MY Hope:

Ricky Ledo

For those who dont know.. he signed with providence but didnt play a single college game their because of inelgibility...

high potential but offcourt issues

NBA Draft 2013: Ricky Ledo scouting report - SBNation.com (http://www.sbnation.com/2013/6/9/4403280/ricky-ledo-scouting-report-nba-draft-2013)

watch him ball tho

Ricardo Ledo Senior Season - Kevin Durant stroke and handles. Future NBA Lottery Pick? - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=nH8stctEEYQ)

whoever gets him, if they develop him will make him a stud
mixture of jamal crawford and KD35

KNICKS

I think they will take Tim Hardaway or another swingman like Allen Crabb

but if tony mitchell falls maybe they will snatch him up

Knicks always surprise every1...

BOLD PREDICTIONS... AND WHAT WILL YOUR TEAM DO?

The hawks will draft some guy from Europe no one has ever heard of.

I hope you don't mean the Knicks would spend a first round pick on Ledo...No matter how much potential you see in him, the risk of him being a bad character and him not playing a single college game is too great to give him a guaranteed contract on. Even a 2nd rounder may be asking too much unless it's a late 2nd then taking the risks are justified. Under ideal situation, he should go undrafted and make him work for his contract in the summer league/d-league

I wish Mavs would try to trade for Noel rather than go for a super star in off season.
Why?
a.) Esp if this Doc Rivers trade goes through, I think CP3 will stay put. Howard will prob stay put in LA too. I'm pretty sure we're gonna get wrecked again when trying to get a star (like last year..). And as much as I love Josh Smith he would be getting overpayed for if he arrived at Dallas.
b.) Because we suck at D and have no hustle for rebounding.

Cavs should/will trade the #1 pick

Here's a bold prediction, NONE of these players will help the teams that draft them. This draft will add to the number of players who have no idea how to play organized basketball.

Trey Burke goes to the Pistons
C.J. McCollum goes top 5 because teams are looking for the next Lillard

OKC will land Cody Zeller :)

I think that the Pistons will pick up Michael Carter Williams at eight, after Trey Burke goes seven. I would love for the Pistons to get Burke, but Burke at PG and Knight at SG, we'd have one of the smallest pair of starting guards in the league...

As for a bold prediction, I will say that there will be no less than 13 trades on draft night between the two rounds, including at least three in the lottery...

Dwight Howard will join the Rockets and they will beat the Heat in the finals! :flex: ....after they trade Robinson for a first round pick and draft a Euro to stash.

I just received a phone message from the Orlando Magic asking me to call them back.

Could it be? They need my service on the court?

Is anyone gonna be doing drinking games while watching the draft?

I believe whenever Jay Bilas says upside, potential, wingspan, length, motor and jumpability, everyone takes a shot

Bold Predictions

Shabazz will be terrible. His best ability is scoring and he does that ineffectively.
Alex Len will be a one way player, he can't play defense.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will be as good as Oladipo
Noel will bust and not go #1.

What I want my team to do.

Timberwolves. Stay at #9. Trading Derrick Williams and #9 to move up would be a mistake, this draft is weak and Derrick Williams is still very talented. Draft McCollum or KCP, both can shoot if nothing else and KCP has a good amount of potential defensively. Whatever happens do not draft Len, Zeller, or Shabazz. I hate Len and Shabazz, Zeller should be a solid player but the Wolves already have Love, Derrick Williams, and Dante Cunningham for power forwards.

The Cavs trade the #1 pick and other players for Demarcus Cousins or Kevin Love. If they take the 1st pick, they will take victor oladipo.

The Timberwolves will trade the second of their two first round picks so many times that people will lose count and they'll end up taking some random foreign dude with the 56th pick they eventually end up with when all is said and done and he'll never play in the NBA.

I just LOL'D. Why on Earth would they take him? It's between Nerlens Noel, and Alex Len at this point. Yeah, it's a bold prediction, but way too bold

No way is Otto Porter a bust

Alex Len will turn into a cross between Pau Gasol and Dwight Howard, in other words - He'll be a Superstar ...

I also like Shane Larkin - I think he'll be a Very Good Starter, All-Star maybe

For my Mavs, no Bold Predictions - I think they'll trade the pick and hopefully get a Late 1st Rounder, in which they'll probably take a European Guy to stash overseas

I'll check the yahoo sports the day after and find all the results. Not anxious enough to actual watch it, unless the Magic are planning on drafting me. I'll bench warm for the NBA minimum.

I would be thrilled with Len or Shabazz at 9 especially former. If we dont resign Pek, love or if we draft a good center would take over at 5. So we need to get a good player there.

David Kahn is gone so hopefully things like this don't happen. I don't trust Flip Saunders very much but he isn't David Kahn so it shouldn't be this bad.

Shabazz takes over the ball. On offense Rubio needs to have the ball in his possession most of the time. If they don't think they will be able to resign Pek then Len would be an option however I still don't like Len much as a prospect. And our need at shooting guard is absolutely embarrassing. All we have is Malcolm Lee and he is awful.

Why do so many people think Kevin Love could/might be traded?? I know I'm a little biased, but the Wolves are on the up and up, why would they want to go backwards? It'd be like Houston trading Harden, for example...

I would guess because he was upset with ownership because they weren't building a team around him and also because they did not give him a respectable extension. I just heard he might opt out of his contract.

1.ALex Len
2.Ben Mclemore (Oladipo won't shock me)
3. Otto Porter
4. Nerlens Noel
5. Victor Oladipo ( Mclemore if not)
6. Trey Burke
7. Anthony Bennett
8.Shabazz

Let's get batsh*t crazy...

Thunder trade Ibaka + extra to Cleveland for #1. Thunder draft Oladipo, waive a couple non-guaranteed contracts, amnesty Perkins, and sign Dwight Howard. BOOM!

How's that for bold?

Not with the money Ibaka makes.

Tristan Thompson was statistically as good as Ibaka last year (not by PER however if you want to go advanced - but Thompson was as good a scorer and a better rebounder) - and Ibaka makes 8 million bucks a year more then Thompson.

Ibaka isn't going anywhere anyway - but I wouldn't trade the #1 pick for him and his contract.

"As good a scorer..."

Ibaka - .612 TS .586 eFG 18.1 USG 117 ORtg 15.3 PP36 on 11.3 Attempts
Thompson - .516 TS .488 eFG 18.3 USG 108 ORtg 13.4 PP36 on 11.2 Attempts

Thompson is so much more inefficient on essentially the same usage. The only thing Thompson did better than Ibaka is rebound more, and that's partially as a result of Ibaka spending more effort blocking shots off his man than boxing out.

If you honestly believe Tristan Thompson was as good as Ibaka last season, I don't know what to tell you. There's just no objective basis for such an opinion.
