Which football case break, Triple Threads of Topps Performance?

Hey, I am looking to host a break, but am unsure about what to host. Would people be more inclined to do a Triple Threads or a Topps Performance break?

If/when I get enough intrest, I'll run some numbers. This is very preliminary. Any questions, concerns, bitches, or gripes please pm me or leave a message on the board.

I think that wunders Performance break was a little too big. I might cut that down to maybe a team slot format or something.

I don't have much going on tonight so I'll think of a fair way to split this break up! I'll do it for both TT and TP and you all can decide

i wouldn't mind doin both either...though i'm buying my first box of triple threads this week, i really wanna see what the performance is gonna be like.

ok, I'm glad that you put some input in. I'm debating how I should do this break, feedback on my ideas from anyone would be great.

I'm thinking a team format for both, but I can already see that being a problem with Performance because of the gauranteed AP auto.

Wunder tried to do a hit break, but there ended up being too many hits. I guess what I am trying to do is not make this complicated.

For TT I was thinking maybe 1 slot for the six bases, 1 slot for the 4 parallels, 1 slot for the triple relic, and 1 slot for the relic auto. That might be too many slots though...a team format might be best.

i would be intrested in getting in both! TP has a AP auto 1 in every case

Triple Threads would be the best out of the 2 choices.

You can do a full 18 box master case or a 9 box case

18 hits (9 autos & 9 relics), make all the base 1 slot, all the parallel base cards another slot = 20 slots per 9 box case.

Your looking at around $60 bucks per slot. ($60 - $62 bucks)

$60 x 20 = $1200

$1200 - $1100 (my guess of what the price is) = $100

$100 should cover PayPal fees and shipping.
(PayPal fee is $2.04 for a $60 slot)

Thats just my opinion. Hope it helps.

Thanks jedi...I was thinking too big picture with doing the whole case. A half case will do nicely!

Flo, I have been looking to take part in a group case bust, and I would like my first to through a fellow western new yorker! So Im down for just about any product. I love Triple threads, but I will not be doing any performance this year, so that would be kind of cool too. Let me know what you decide.

flo, just wondering you explained to me how the random picks work but how would you do team picks with triple threads when you can get triple reclic autos/game used. Who gets the card if there is three different teams attatched to one card? Just trying to understand all the basics of group case breaking.....thanks. Either way, I am interested in this as well count me in -Vortek

Yeah, I didn't think about it too well, more of just a preliminary thought! Jedi came up with a good idea, I might run with it!

an idea i am using in my break is that if its a triple i take the 3 names and put them on random.org. and hit randomize.....the first name it comes up with is the winner of the card.
