How would these grade

Picked up a couple of cards and was just curious about how they would grade if I would send them off. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Mathews VG (3), Musial Ex (5) or Ex-Mt OC (6oc), Ford Vg-ex (4). The wax on the front of the ford should rub right off, but I'm not sure what that stain is above his head.

Looks like there might be some foxing on the Whitey Ford (dots on left shoulder). Next sure if related to above head staining.

Dumb question maybe, what causes the "foxing" on older cards? Always thought it was a mold like thing.
