I paid for a $250+ lot on February 1st. I sent a PM late last week as for DC. The PM was ignored. I sent a second PM last night threatening a paypal claim. Finally got a response (threats must work) and the lot still has not shipped. So if you buy anything from him be prepared to give him an interest free loan.

Just to let you know you sent me a pm yesterday morning at 8 AM EST, and another one at 8 PM EST, with nothing but threats, I hadn't turned my computer on til 4 AM EST this morning, hence the no response, have the mods do a check. (the paypal claim threat had not a thing to do with it.) Do you also forget the $1000+ transaction we had a while back? with no issues.

A transaction a while back does not matter here. The fact is, the items were paid for on the 1st and it is now the 8th and you have yet to ship the items. I would be sending you some pretty harsh pm's as well, had this been my deal.

Don't be a JO, if you have the time to post a sell thread and collect the money, make sure you have the time to ship the cards out in a timely manner. Its common courtesy and it goes a long way on here.

I never said anything about me being right here. The fact is he decided he wanted to have a big chest about this. Fine past deals don't count, yet my feedback here is perfect. Usually when I take extra time to ship I would kick in something extra and have also sprung the $20 to send express mail once, but this guy decided he didn't want to be profssional about so I didn't go the distance for him. I do know because of this reply some of you will bash me, but for what? admitting I was wrong? not going the extra distance for someone who is rude?

Not going the extra distance ? He should have never had to send you a PM yesterday asking you where his cards were. I'm sure you could have found 2 minutes out of any one day in your hectic schedule last week to drop him a pM saying there'd be a delay in shipping his purchase out. I'm sure none of this would have happened if you did just that.

Not trying to pile on, but an email goes a long way. I always tell the buyer exactly when I am sending out my items. Most people are understanding if you say, I am busy at work and will get the cards out xxxx date. I expect deals on here to be fast as BamBam said, if you have the time to list, take the time to ship.

Man, I live in Oregon and do a lot of travailing for work. For example.. I just got back from Grand Forks, ND yesterday morning and while I was in ND I had a trade going on and I still made it a point to get the card out in timely matter (within a day of arriving to ND) and I just dont see how people think its OK to take over xx amount of days to get out a card. No matter if its from a trade or a purchase! If you are the seller, just think how in the hell would you feel if this was being done to you?!

I would love to hear what the mods say about this as this also happened to me on this board. I didnt leave feedback because as far as I know there is nothing stopping the other from leaving a neg.

I can't speak for Robert or Tony, but I think this situation might warrant a neutral so long as the cards arrive safely and in the condition described. Make it clear in the feedback what happened in this situation and people can judge based on that.

And I do not have a big chest yet. I barely weigh 160 lbs but have been doing p90x for a few months so i am getting there. When I get swole like I've been in the pen I'll send you a poster to hang on your wall.
