What's the longest a team has been without a coach? Anyone know?

Man, Spurs have to be the best coach development team in the NBA. Ive seen many of our assistant coaches move on to head or assistant coaching positions. Shows alot of respect from other organizations. When you learn from the best, you will be the best (in some cases).
