Question for guys collecting back in 07'...

I'm sure it's been asked MANY times before, so forgive me, but...

How much were Jamarcus Russell cards going for back in 07'-08?

I look at his prices now and I'm just trying to imagine how much his Contenders, NT, Five Star etc. were pulling back before he flopped.

Good Lord! I can't imagine spending that much on a card that goes for $50-70 right now. Many hearts (and wallets) must've been broken by that man.

That happens alot. Look at Reggie Bush prices compared to now if you really want to go WOW!!! Bush is heating up a little but nothing like in 2006.
