Hey Yo! I just thought I would share another winner from eBay!!!!

atdexcollectibles10

Wins 5 items from me. With ZERO communication from the buyer on 5 new 2010 Topps Series 1 items (time sensitive) I file a NPB dispute on day #7. He decides that I am a DBag for that. Sends many not-so nice emails to me because I am filing reports to early on him. He then pays via eCheck so it gets stretched out even farther. Well, after I take care of his order he decides to drop 5 NEG's on my today. Amazing what eBay will allow toolbag buyers to do. It's a shame. I was at 100% with about 5000 feedback as well. Now 5 from this Doucher. I hope you are on this board as well. Dexter, you are a piece of shat and if you were on fire on the side of the road, I wouldn't stop and pee on you to put it out. Karma is a beyoch and you will learn:devil:

BLOCK HIM IF YOU DON'T WANT THE HASSLE!!!

Thanks for looking. Rob

Blocked.

Another candidate to consider blocking: vladtepes1431-1476

Buys item, waits 9 days, complains about shipping, demands I cancel it or he'll leave crappy feedback.. He's just a DIT - Douche in Training.

Rob, that sucks... unfortunately, it's WAY too common on fleaBay these days. It's not surprising that the guy is a new eBayer, too (15 feedback).

He does sell, though... you mentioned something about karma? :)

Here are some of my favorites comments from the buyer, again to get any communication from him I needed to file a NPB............

Would you care to explain what the idea is in filing unpaid item alerts
PRIOR to the expiration of the 7 day payment window listed in the item
descriptions?

I suppose that could be reflected in feedback...........

A.T.

another one....

you want to explain what the idea is in filing unpaid item alerts PRIOR to the expiration of the 7 day payment window quoted in the auctions?

7 days is 7 days....not 6.

And sending 5 invoice and email "reminders" in less than a week smacks of desperation.

another one....

Glad to see the terms of sale you quote in your listings, and thereby
your word, is meaningless.
I suggest you close those unpaid item alerts immediately.......

A.T.

Yet another message.....

And once I receive those cards in PRISTINE condition, we'll see if the
feedback you'll receive will be that 5 STAR FEEDBACK you beg for in
every invoice...........

A.T.

The great thing is that eBay only gives buyers 4 days to pay, so my rules mean nothing because we are all under the thumb of eBay's rules. I went past that and the seller can't find the time to answer a simple email, but goes mental once a NPB is opened. Very trustworthy as well. ;)

I wanted to add my message that sent him over the top...

So you know a little communication on your part would go a long way. After the first day if you would state that you are not going to pay until a certain day you could avoid issues like this. An invoice is sent daily until payment is made or the 7 day window is met. If you want to get technical, eBay's rules are payment needs to be made within 4 days. I allow for a longer payment window. I have been selling on eBay for several years and do an outstanding job. When a buyer wins auctions and doesn't communicate at all with a seller that shows bad on you, not me. By sending a friendly reminder that payment needs to be made I am extending you a courtesy. Everything was done by me under the rules of eBay. If you don't agree feel free to contact me. Thanks, Rob

I guess people don't like it when they do the wrong thing. Something so simple like communication is key. This could have been avoided, but...

The sad thing is that once the eCheck cleared, he received his item in 3 days. That's Chicago to California in 3 days. That def sounds like I did a bad job IMO ;)

Your reply was polite and to the point. Hopefully it takes the sting out of the negatives you received.

Thanks bro! I think the whole sitiation is laughable now. Especially, since we have a new member that just joined......

ATDEXTER is in the house! I'm sure he will have plenty to say about the situation and how bad of a seller I am. :)!

Rob, Ebay will see that the feedback was retaliatory. I would give them a call to get them removed. Buyers like this give every buyer a bad name. If you are going to bid on an item at least have the courtesy to communicate with the seller.

I love how every buyer can produce how your auction is worded only when it benefits them. I have it written in my auctions that you mst have 10 feedback or contact me for approval to bid. Do you think anyone see's that and respects you enough to ask? The answer is no. It also states in the auction and on my invoices that you must use the checkout feature to inform me of how and when you will pay. Must I go on.

There are some real winners out there and they are multiplying as of late.

Blocked, thanks for the heads up Rob. Sounds like another one of Ebay's finest, seems to be happening way to much these days. Hopefully karma works out for you, got to love how buyer's have very selective reading when reading an item description:devil:

You know, I'm actually not shocked that there are so many LEMMINGS here and on FCB that automatically take what this clown Rob says seriously, but even so, it's somewhat disappointing.

What Rob Post, hereforth known as Desperation Rob, fails to admit is that he's lying like a rug, and that I've already sent proof of that to Ebay.

Desperation Rob jumped the gun and filed NPB's an hour after sending a reminder email....my payment wasn't late.

He failed to follow his own trms of sale, and was left feedback accordingly.....FACTUAL feedback, for the dimwits out there that think it "shouldn't be allowed".
And he's been posting and emailing nothing but spin and misquoting Ebay regs ever since, because apparently some of the more slow-witted out there buy into that kind of thing.

Here's my last response to Desperation Rob's last email he sent me:

Rob,

You can keep trying to spin-doctor the situation both in emails and at Blowout, but it won't change the underlying FACTS in the least.

The FACT is you violated your own terms of sale as stated in the auction descriptions by filing NPB alerts prior to the 7 day payment window expiring.

I mean what I say....if I give a buyer 7 days, it's 7 days, not 6, not 4, not 12..........now, if you had filed on the 8th day, like Ebay's old policy stated, you wouldn't have gotten a bad word from me, as I would have been in the wrong.

FACT is, if you'd lived up to the terms of sale as stated, you would have received a payment the next day, straight from my paypal account, as I had already initiated a funds transfer from my bank days before that was due to clear into paypal imminently, and this whole situation would have been avoided.

But since you felt the need to jump the gun, what happens when a payment is initiated BEFORE funds are available in paypal? E-CHECK.

You brought that on yourself. You wanted payment initiated right away, and got payment initiated right away.

Secondly, your continued misquoting of Ebay regulations, as well as the out and out lies you told in your feedback responses, on Blowout and in emails is incredibly pathetic considering your "TOP RATED SELLER" status.

You and I both know Ebay does not REQUIRE buyers payment within 4 days.

Each seller determines how long to give buyers to pay;

Ebay simply lowered the MINIMUM timeframe a seller has to wait BEFORE filing a NPB to 4 days. That's not the same as REQUIRING payment be made within 4 days, so stop being obtuse and insisting it is and you're right.

Each seller is responsible for adhering to the timeframe they themselves state in their auction descriptions.

You didn't, and then acted defensive and attempted to spin the situation by misquoting Ebay regs........that's wrong.

You KNOW you were in the wrong, and yet tried to play the victim and paint me as the wrong party.
And that's why you received the 100% FACTUAL feedback you received.

As to your using your alternate account to circumvent the buyer block I placed against you, as a TOP RATED seller you surely know that's against Ebay regulations and can lead to your account being SUSPENDED.....yet you chose to do it anyway, and for far less innocent reasons than you're now trying to claim, so stop trying to spin this, okay?

That situation Ebay will have to look into, as I've emailed them all the info as well as cc'd them your emails.......so let the chips fall were they may.

Maybe you shouldn't have let all your little cronies on Blowout egg you on....and maybe you shouldn't have LIED about the specifics while trying to drag my name through the mud.

What was that about KARMA?

Don't worry, though, as soon as the moderator approves me for posting there, I'll have my side of the story up.

But, unlike you, I'll remain FACTUAL.

The truth shall set you free..............

A.T.

PS....That "2010 Topps (Time Sensitive!)" line of yours on Blowout had me practically falling out of my chair from laughter.......spin, spin, spin................"

FACT is, Desperation Rob LIED.

FACT is, in proving those lies to Ebay, I've uncovered that Desperation Rob is using his alternate Ebay account "roncolduck28rj" to SHILL BID on his so-called "GREAT DEALZ" auctions, and has been doing so since March of 2009.

How many people have you ripped off in this way, Desperation Rob?

Ebay's been notified about good 'ol Desperation's shill bidding, so for all you guys who were so quick to blacklist me due to the word of a SHILL-BIDDING POS.......any skeletons in your closets?

So, why in the HE double hockey sticks would you wait until the 6th or 7th day to pay anyway?
