Panini Replacements

I recently filed for replacements from panini for two of my cards. Here they are:
Original: 2010 Panini Elite Black Box
Status Signatures Card #193 ( / 149) Dan Majerle

Replacement: 2012 Panini Absolute (12-13)
Marks of Fame Autographs Card #2 / 100 Dan Majerle Phoenix Suns

I understood that reolacement and it was probably the same value. But the next one is kind of frustrating considering it recently sold on ebay for $20.

Replacement: Klay Thompson Rookie Roll Call Red /79

Should I file a complaint, or is it about the same value as the triple auto?

Oddly enough, Role Player Rookie Autos usually sell for more than Hall of Famer Autos, so the replacement was fair :)! ...

So a klay thompson rookie auto replaced a triple auto?

I think it's about the same value. I believe the Klay is on card and he has a decent following. Whereas I've had autos of the other guys that have sold for peanuts.
