GREATEST MAILDAY EVER! Radulov Cup Shield Replacement!!

For those of you that remember me talking about asking for a replacement for my Dual Auto Shield of Radulov/Arnott from the Cup. I have been dealing (And having a lot of problems) with UD since Mid December about getting a replacement. They originally told me that I was getting around $1000-1200 in replacements and that they shipped on Jan 26th. After not getting anything in the mail and calling countless times to get tracking info I was finally told that someone tried to call me (which never happened) and that nothing actually shipped on the 26th. Needless to say I was not happy and when I finally got the redemption guy on the phone I let him know. He was very nice and after all was said and done, lets just say I made out with some INCREDIBLE stuff.

The scans are tiny because I can't figure out any other way to get them to fit on file size without shrinking them like that.

use ImageShack® - Image Hosting (http://www.imageshack.us) to host the files then use the [img] codes to insert into the post. tiny scans dont do those cards justice!

It's simply amazing how a few people get awesome replacements and the rest get absolute horse #@#@#@#@!! I'm still speachless as to where upper dick came up with that Tiger 8X10 auto!! I guess some customer didn't want to pull it from a pack!!

The case of 2007 Exquisite baseball I broke last weekend is probably the last upper dick product I will touch. I received 2 damaged cards and another about a month ago and was told that upper dick is longer replacing damaged cards! If upper dick hand packs there high-end products like they say they do, how do damaged cards end up in the packs?? I guess because it's easier and cheaper then replacing them! So when you go to spend that money on those high-end or any upper dick product, hopefully you don't finally pull that awesome card and then see it's damaged!

Better question is .....wth did the UD rep think that redemption was worth ?
The Woods auto or Mantle auto was more than enough to cover that card. We need more people like him at UD. Watch, I got $$ that says he'll be fired if they see that transaction in future emails. Some idiot will call up complaining about not getting a card and reference this post and that will be the end of him handling redemptions.:(

Those 2 cards do not equal the value of the redemption I had in. The Radulov was given a value of $1000-1200 and then 2 weeks after they came to that value a redemption ended on ebay with another player other that Arnott for $1356. I called and told the Redemption manager that and he said he would make a note.

Actually should have been AND instead of OR for the Woods and Mantle. Woods 8X10s are at least $300. - $400. and the Mantle would probably get what.. $400. - $500. easy ? (I've seen alot of those with one or both (Griff)autos) Do you think the Rad/Arnott would fetch $800. - $1000. these days on fleabay ? Either way you did awesome and I'm glad to see UD finally do the right thing with people who have been waiting for stuff that should have been in the products to begin with. They hooked me up a with a nice Crosby auto a few days ago as well and I posted that on here.

BTW- That Koufax is a sweet piece as well. If I didn't already have one in my PC I"d probably be bugging you for it tonight.;)
