What are the chances I can get a Michael Jordan fleer rookie card BGS\PSA graded 8.5 for $700? That is my budget.

Time to do some ebay hunting!:)!

I got an 8.5 for $825 about 6 weeks ago but that's pretty much as cheap as they come.

Bad call, I would not have taken the chance. If I were you I would have just bought a BGS 8. I got one for $660 not too long ago on ebay.

arghhh. If its fake, can I dispute with payapl for return? Lucky I didn't paypal as gift, he sent as an invoice.

Yeah, you can, but you should really treat any ungraded Jordan rookie as a fake (unless you saw it get pulled or the owner is someone you know and trust). That is probably the single most faked card ever.

Edit: Actually i'm not 100% sure if you can easily get your money back if it is just through paypal and not ebay. I think paypal is a lot more likely to side with the seller than ebay. If it turns out to be fake you will probably have to call them and explain the situation to make sure you get your money back.

just for the goof, with no purpose other than general interest in 2007 i bought a bunch and the going rate then was 675-700. so now 6 years later above it says they go for about $825. i guess it is growing, slowly.
