Then i'd feel like that guy. Unless they really want the money tonight, or it just doesn't work out, it's all yours. I'm trying to stick cut down on the size of my collection right now anyway, so I'd be alright with not getting it.

Well, like I said, I may have the money tonight but will for sure have it tomorrow. If you are willing to wait, then I'll take it. If not, by all means, sell it to him. No hard feelings either way.
