I just spent an hour looking through Ebay's question section with no luck:( All questions are about buyers that have a problem with sellers, nothing for sellers that have a problem with buyers:rolleyes:

I sold a card, now the buyer is non registered. He e-mailed me and said he still wants the card but he has been suspended, would I send a money request from PayPal so he can pay.

My question is, can he still pay with the original Ebay invoice I sent? If I do send a money request can he zap me?

Thanks
papa

have him send you a MO or cash. Ebay seems to not be involved at all anymore and you will prob get your fees back. Leave PP out of it since there is the chance of that going bad. There is probably a good reason for him/her to be suspended so you might as well put the pressure on the buyer to make it right so you don't get scammed.

Im the other way. Send him an invoice to him at his email account. He can then pay and you can send the card. Then since he's NARU'd file a NPB claim and get your fees back. As long as you do the shipping norm (presuming this is under 250, send with DC) and your covered (minus the assorted not as described crap).
