The NBA is suspending Knicks guard J,R. Smith for violating the league's substance abuse policy, sources tell Yahoo Sport

This will surely bring up the coke rumors from the playoffs all over again.

The NBA's testing system, I think only tests players 3 times a year, and after that they don't test them anymore, I forgot where I heard this but an ex-NBA player said that after the 3rd time, players would just go crazy and do a bunch of drugs like Weed and Coke.
