NBA- Phil Jackson and Red Auerbach. complain all you want about Jackson having Jordan/Pippen and Kobe/Shaq and Auerbach having Russell/Cousey/Havlicek but the titles speak for themselves.

NCAA- Wooden and Krzyzewski. Wooden of course with his UCLA domination, and Coach K has 4 titles coming in the expanded NCAA field era (Wooden's tourney teams usually won in a 25 team bracket). and Coach K is also the all time leader in wins in men's basketball, plus has 2 Olympic Gold medals.

Agreed. As much as I might not like it he's a great coach.

Well except for those couple shaky situations last finals.


I would say coach k for college and Phil for nba.
