I think it finishes exactly how it's listed above.

Is that even possible

Cardinals, because their manager is the best of the 3 (even though he's a pretty terrible tactical manager himself)

Anyone but St. Louis. Hopefully the Bucs.
Cardinals, as Burnett and Liriano have slipped heavily as of late (minus Liriano's domination of St. Louis, of whom he will no longer start against). X-factor is the Cards' easy schedule of Seattle, Milwaukee, Colorado, Washington and Chicago.

2006 called, they want their butthurt back.

Hard to say the Reds don't have the advantage ... playing teams like CHI, MIL, NYM and HOU to close out the season (with six games against Pitt)
STL and Pittsburgh pitching has been dead last and second to dead last in all of baseball over the last few weeks. Guys like Liriano and Wainwright have been getting slaughtered and previous good pitchers like Locke, Lynn, Burnett have also been pitching very very poorly.
Conversely you have the Reds with Latos, Bailey, Cingrani, even Arroyo pitching very very well and a bullpen that has been second best in baseball (Chapman sharper than I've ever seen him).
Reds certainly have the momentum ... but still anyone's division to take.

Actually neither the Brewers or Cubs can win the division

Yea, but their manager just ordered yet another sacrifice bunt during the commercial break.

Actually the OP listed 3 teams to choose from. Neither the Cubs or Brewers were included in the discussion. Nice try.
I see the Cards taking this division. They take the lead tonight and keep it.

Something else to consider; off days remaining this year ... Pirates 1 / Cardinals 2 / Reds 3.

Pirates without question have the toughest schedule the rest of the season which could benefit the Cards
I would love it if my Buccos win the division but as a fan of baseball I'm loving the fact there are 3 teams now competing for the Division Title it's awesome to watch!

Coming from a Cubs fan, the Cardinals will definitely win. They always do.

Really? The Cardinals have one division title since 2006.

Yes really. They are in the postseason nearly every year.

In 2011 we proved a division title isn't always needed :)!

Cardinals..... Pirates might end up getting the second wild card and just playing the Reds.

That wasn't what the OP was, though. It was about who would win the NL Central. They might (seemingly) be in the playoffs every year, but they've only won one division title since 2006 (in 2009).

And I don't think that was necessarily his allusion. I think he meant it as, "they always succeed so why bet against them in any scenario?"

Recently moved to OH, so I've been forced to follow either the Indians or Reds while at work. That being said, the Reds have the best team as of right now between the three. Once they get ahead, Chapman has been untouchable. Look what he did the other night to the heart of the Dodgers lineup!
With just shy of 20 games left, anything could happen in the Central Division. I'd put my money on the Reds, but the Sox will win the Series this year!

Wasn't really watching in 2006. Just think the Cards are the most boring of the frontrunners is all. Like popcorn without butter.

I'll be honest and unlike my first comment, I'm not trying to troll, but I can't really trust the opinion of someone who has only been watching a handful of years.

Troll on. Your opinion means nothing to me as I'm sure mine means nothing to you. I didn't watch in 2006 and probably a few other scattered years as life can get in the way. I was at game 1 of the 84 WS and saw Kaline play in person several times. I've been watching more than a few years and I'm sure I've logged in more games viewed than you. We definitely dislike each other and should just leave it at that.
